ILYYW NFT recently announced its collaboration with Blankos Block Party. In a tweet, I Like You, You’re Weird NFT said: “We are happy to announce our official partnership with Blankos Block Party. Together we will expand the Weirdo universe beyond our wildest imagination. The Weirdos are going three-dimensional baby!”
ILYYW NFT x Blankos Block Party: What We Know
Blankos Block Party is an open-world multiplayer blockchain game by Mythical Games. So, we’d probably see the ILYYW NFTs brought to life on Blanko’s metaverse. Other than that, there’s not much information on what the community can expect from the collaboration. NFT enthusiasts, especially Weirdo NFT holders are thrilled by the announcement.
However, some believed the hype didn’t live up to the expectations. “Floor might not have nuked so hard if the team hadn’t overhyped the announcement. People were expecting more. Might have even done a slow climb from this announcement if not for the overhype,” a Twitter user that goes by @janesusanto90 said.
About I Like You, You’re Weird NFT
According to the official Opensea page of the NFT project, artists Amber Park and Mason Rothschild developed the community-driven collectibles. Each one of the 10,000 Weirdos is a unique NFT, “no two are the same – much like humankind itself”, the description said. Moreover, the project stated that each Weirdo minted is a representative of that holder’s inner Weirdo. Basically, the NFT embodies our one-of-a-kind oddities.
The NFT project launched the collection last month and it got sold out in six minutes. As of writing, the collection’s floor price is 0.116 Eth.
