May’s list of most valuable celebrity portfolios is proving to be quite exciting. Steve Aoki dethroned long-time leader Snoop Dogg, while Alexis Ohanian defeated Gary Vee for the top 3 spots.
DJ Steve Aoki has been on a shopping spree in the past couple of months, despite the rather concerning bearish trends the crypto world is experiencing. In last month’s review of celebrity wallets, he managed to climb two spots. This month he’s pushing even harder, reaching the number one spot for the first time.
Gary Vee and Snoop Dogg who were the usual suspects until recently have both seen portfolio value decreases. While Alexis Ohanian’s portfolio also dropped in value, he managed to outperform Gary Vee by over half a million dollars and snatch third place in the ranking.

Steve Aoki takes defies the bear market
While the crypto market is going through the roughest several months it has seen since 2020, Steve Aoki seems unphased. He has been steadily climbing the charts throughout March and April, and May rewards him with a first place medal.
The DJ has been active in the NFT space for quite some time, and his portfolio has become not only expensive but pretty extensive. At the time of writing, he owns over 11,000 unique collectibles, with a total value of $8.81 million.
As Steve Aoki rose to the top spot, contenders Snoop Dogg and Gary Vee saw dramatic decreases in their respective portfolio valuations. The rapper saw his holdings shrink by more than $4.5 million over the past 30 days. Gary Vee also lost a substantial amount of money, as his NFT portfolio is now worth only $2.9 million, compared to the over $8.6 million recorded in April.
Another interesting thing to note is Paris Hilton’s return to the monthly celebrity rich list. She has one of the most valuable celebrity portfolios worth over $680,000. It seems the overall bear market conditions have not affected the media star’s NFT collection.
