You have to realize that blockchains have two layers.
– Tech Layer (L1)
– Social Layer (L0)
On L0 the code is memes. Brains are the validators. Shared belief is the consensus.
The social layer matters even more than the tech, but they interact in a perpetual feedback loop.
Imagine having a show, and every time you finally get a smart guest to come on, they tell you that your life’s work is meaningless. It’s just so sad to watch over and over and over again.
